In conjunction with the Yampa Valley Entrepreneurship Center we took 2nd place in the business plan competition for our Modular House Development project we have been working on! Cash prize aside, we are working with manufacturers to develop and deliver modular “Colorado Mountain Style” houses – 2 or 3 bdrm houses that don’t look “modular” but rather look like they belong to the mountains.
