Pearl Street Residence

New construction in the brooklyn neighborhood of steamboat springs. completed in 2015. A modern wedge on a standard old town parcel, the entire project is organized around maximizing light. 1900 sf including an oversized one car garage. The owners opted for the design build project path, and this methodology yielded some positive mid construction adjustments.
